Meet Madison

Madison Long joined CareGivers, Inc. in 2024 with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. With previous experience in the technology and nonprofit sectors, she has consistently been passionate about creating systems and environments that empower others. Since entering the home care field, Madison has developed an even deeper appreciation for what empowerment means—from fostering a supportive employee culture to protecting each client’s dignity, independence, and trust. She is proud to be part of a growing, caring, and transparent team that puts its values into practice every day through the work it does for clients, families, and caregivers.

Meet Nita

Nita has been a dedicated member of the CareGivers, Inc. team for 24 years. She was drawn to CareGivers because of the organization’s commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to every client. Throughout her career, Nita has remained passionate about the work she does and takes pride in helping ensure clients consistently receive the level of care and support they deserve. After more than two decades with the organization, her commitment remains centered on one goal: making sure every client receives the best possible care.

Meet Pency

Pency Forbush has been a valued member of the CareGivers, Inc. team since March 2019. A licensed nurse since 1983, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marion College, now Indiana Wesleyan University. Throughout her career, Pency has combined her passion for nursing with a love of teaching, including four years teaching pediatrics to LPN students at MedTech College. Her experience also includes volunteer mission work in Zaire, now the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Pency especially values home care because it allows her to work one-on-one with clients, build meaningful connections, and provide the education they need to better understand and manage their health.

Meet Raechel

Raechel McCullough has been part of the CareGivers, Inc. team for 21 years. She chose home health care because of the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while helping them receive quality care in the comfort and dignity of their own homes. Throughout her career, Raechel has built lasting relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and colleagues while helping individuals maintain their independence and work toward their health goals. She considers it a privilege to serve the community and values being able to see firsthand the positive impact compassionate, quality home care can have on the people and families CareGivers serves.

Meet Sheila

Sheila Davis has dedicated 30 years to CareGivers, Inc. and the clients the organization serves. She was initially drawn to home care as an opportunity to experience a different side of nursing and quickly came to appreciate the independence and personal connection the field provides. For Sheila, the ability to work one-on-one with clients and provide individualized care has made her career in home health especially rewarding. After three decades with CareGivers, she continues to value the meaningful relationships and personal approach to care that make home health unique.

Meet Pat

Pat Harmon is originally from Bloomington, Indiana, and earned her BSN from the Indiana University School of Nursing. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive clinical and leadership experience, with certifications in Maternal/Child Nursing, Critical Care Nursing (CCRN), Infusion Nursing, and PICC placement. Her previous roles include hospital clinical nursing, infusion services instruction, home care leadership, and co-owning and operating an infusion and home care services company. At CareGivers, Inc., Pat has served in multiple leadership roles, including Bloomington Branch Manager, Clinical Operations Manager, and Alternate Administrator for the Indianapolis office. Outside of work, Pat is a proud wife and mother of five daughters, grandmother to 12, and great-grandmother to four.

Meet Janet

Janet Sandoval began her home care career as a Home Health Aide in 2020, inspired in part by her experience caring for her grandmother. She quickly discovered how meaningful it was to support clients personally and see the difference compassionate care could make in their daily lives. In 2024, Janet joined CareGivers, Inc. as a Client Care Coordinator, where she now helps recruit and build a team of caregivers who share that same commitment to quality care. She especially enjoys that her role allows her to support the hiring process while remaining connected to what she loves most—spending time with clients and helping make their days a little brighter.

Meet May

May Pippen joined CareGivers, Inc. 32 years ago after building an extensive nursing career that included nearly a decade in the Cardiac ICU, as well as experience in cardiac catheterization, apheresis, and facility-based care. When she discovered an opportunity in home care, she immediately felt she had found where she belonged. May values the ability to work one-on-one with clients and take the time to provide education on medications, disease management, wound care, IVs, ostomies, catheters, and more. Home care also provided valuable flexibility while raising her family as a single mother. For May, one of the greatest rewards has been meeting and caring for so many wonderful people throughout her career.

Meet Chanese

Sinikqua Johnson serves as the Intake Coordinator at CareGivers, Inc. She began working in home health at the age of 17 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the home health and healthcare field. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in patient care support, scheduling, intake, insurance verification, customer service, and administrative operations. Compassionate, organized, and dependable, Sinikqua takes pride in supporting patients, families, and healthcare professionals while ensuring each person is treated with dignity, patience, and respect. Her ability to communicate effectively, multitask, solve problems, and remain composed under pressure helps her provide responsive support to both the CareGivers team and the individuals and families it serves.
